Two incoming A&S students were selected to receive Canada’s largest STEM scholarship. Congratulations to Daniel Hoogsteen and Sidrah Rana who will both be entering the Mathematical and Physical Science program in the Faculty of Arts & Science this fall. Two other U of T students — both from the Faculty of Applied Science & Engineering — were also honoured with the prestigious entrance scholarships.

Schulich Leader Scholarships are prestigious entrance scholarships awarded to 50 high school graduates enrolling in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) undergraduate program at 20 partner universities in Canada. Each year, every high school in Canada can submit one Schulich Leader Nominee based on academic excellence in STEM, entrepreneurial leadership and financial need.
