With more than 170 partner universities in 40+ countries around the world, there is plenty of opportunity to gain international experience in an academic setting while earning credits towards your U of T degree.

International Course Modules
Enhance your understanding of complex concepts, ideas and perspectives by enrolling in a course that contains an International Course Module as part of the curriculum. Students are encouraged to connect theoretical course concepts with a faculty-led field trip to experience course-related phenomena, cultures, key events or unique natural settings. Trips occur during the Fall or Winter Reading Week.

Indigenous Course Modules
Deepen your understanding of Indigenous peoples, histories, cultures languages and the impacts of colonization by participating in an Indigenous Course Module. Enhance your learning of academic concepts and ideas through Indigenous perspectives and worldwide views. As part of the course module, students embark on an Indigenous-related trip locally or abroad, typically over a weekend or Reading Week.
