Hello Arts & Science!
As your acting dean, I’m super excited to welcome you to this new academic year.
These last few weeks we've seen our campus come alive with activity as students have explored the city, moved into residence and participated in all kinds of orientation.
So, to our new students, I want to say a very special welcome! I still remember how exhilarating, but frankly sometimes also overwhelming these first few days can be. So don’t hesitate to reach out to the many friendly faces who are here ready to support you.
And to our new faculty, I am so delighted that you’ve joined this fabulous community. We are a faculty who continue to push the boundaries of knowledge and provide an incredible learning experience for all of our students.
And so to all of Art & Science, here’s to a fantastic start to the new school year! I really hope you’ll take a moment to stop and say hello if we happen to cross paths while we're out for a walk or at one of our many events.
