The Munk School will gather leaders from the financial sector, scholars and government to discuss key issues for the special event, The Future of Money.
This event will courageously challenge existing global policy standards to better safeguard our financial system from collapse and our civilization from conflict with rogue superintelligence. We will cover three broad topic areas: (1) The future of money, open banking, digital currencies and payment modernization to preserve stability while rethinking the purpose of money in society. (2) The future of the international monetary system with central banks, global banks, fiscal policymakers as well as the high-stakes geopolitical contest of currencies. (3) Stewardship of beneficial and responsible artificial general intelligence as we respond to new and emerging forms of sentience that threaten to end the human dynasty.
