We prepare our students to succeed

The Arts & Science Internship Program (ASIP) admits students through a competitive process that supports diverse talent.

Students receive extensive professional development programming, workshops and one-on-one coaching to help ensure their success once they join your team.

 

Recruit when you want, how you want

Students are available for 4-, 8-, 12- or 16-month internships starting in May. Students are also available for 8- or 12-month internships that start in September.

Recruit to your timelines! We offer continuous recruitment. A dedicated coordinator will take care of logistics for you, posting your job(s) to our students, sending you candidates to review and working with you to schedule interviews and present job offers.

Funding to make hiring affordable for Canadian employers

Interested in hiring a student through the Arts & Science Internship Program? We can help you identify resources from government and private partners to support your hire. Wage subsidies can provide up to 70% of an intern’s salary.

Support for international employers

Our students are available to work in countries all over the world.

We work with US Department of State-approved visa sponsors to support American employers in securing appropriate work authorization to hire our students. We also offer support to employers from outside Canada and the US.
