Employee Flu Immunization 2011-12

U of T is hosting flu shot (seasonal flu vaccine) clinics throughout the next month. The clinics are available to ALL University of Toronto employees. Dates, locations and additional information is available through the direct link here.

• Please bring your personnel number as it will be required to complete the consent form.
• You will be vaccinated in your upper arm. To save time, please wear appropriate clothing.
