- Randy Boyagoda, a professor in the Department of English and vice-dean, undergraduate of the Faculty of Arts & Science, writes a Globe and Mail op-ed drawing on Dante’s Divine Comedy to examine how to do the right thing in life even during a challenging time such as the COVID-19 pandemic.
- Jamie Duncan, a PhD student at the Centre for Criminology & Sociolegal Studies, comments in the Toronto Star on the importance of transparency by police departments when it comes to releasing information about violent crimes to the public.
- Scott McKnight, a PhD candidate in the Department of Political Science and the Munk School of Global Affairs & Public Policy, speaks in CTV News about how developments in the extradition case of Huawei executive Meng Wanzhou, detained in Canada, might impact the detention of two Canadians detained in China and Canada-China relations going forward.
