Economics undergraduate student wins CEA-Bank of Canada poster session award

In a poster session showcasing undergraduate student research, held at the Canadian Economics Association’s 2018 conference, final year student Minnie Cui won the Best Research Paper Award.

Four of the team members receive the call from the Bank of Canada informing them of their place in the final.

The Governor’s Challenge is a competition for undergraduate university students that, by putting students in the role of advisor to the Bank of Canada’s governing council, promotes understanding of the role of monetary policy in Canada’s economy.
