The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) is responsible for the overall business administration of the Faculty including Financial Services, Infrastructure Planning, Information Technology, Business Development, Communications, Health and Safety, Critical Incidents, Security, Operations and Services. The role also shares responsibility with the Dean for Human Resources and Registrarial Services. The CAO works closely with the Dean to develop strategic, short and long term comprehensive resource plans in support of the Faculty’s academic priorities. The role also provides support to the Dean and unit leaders in the development of Faculty and unit-level academic plans.
