Arts & Science's 100 Days of Giving

Dean Melanie Woodin.

After an incredible response, the 100 Days of Giving faculty and staff campaign is now officially over, and I want to express my deepest gratitude to everyone who made a charitable gift in support of Arts & Science.

I’m thrilled to announce we raised $280,000 this year — a 25 per cent increase over last year — to help advance the outstanding research, teaching and learning at A&S!

Congratulations also to the winners of our final monthly campaign draw: Jonathan Burgess of the Department of Classics, Catherine Monahan of the Dictionary of Old English, Joshua Grondin of the Office of Advancement and Daria Dumbadze of the Munk School of Global Affairs & Public Policy. Thank you so much for your philanthropic support.

Please remember that even though the 100 Days campaign is over, you can still show your support with a charitable gift any time of the year to an Arts & Science initiative that is meaningful to you.

My heartfelt appreciation once again to everyone who took the opportunity during this campaign to support our brilliant Arts & Science researchers and students, and the amazing work they do every day.

Sincerely,

Professor Melanie Woodin
Dean, Faculty of Arts & Science
University of Toronto
