Curriculum Committees

Undergraduate Curriculum Committees

The three Undergraduate Curriculum Committees pertaining to the Humanities, Sciences and Social Sciences review and approve proposals from undergraduate units looking to make changes to their courses and programs or create new courses or programs. For courses and minor program changes, the Curriculum Committee is the final level of approval; in other cases, items move on to the Arts & Science Council or even further for final approval. Undergraduate Curriculum Committees meet three times a year (fall, winter and spring) in a timeline fitting the governance cycle.

Please be sure that a representative from the unit, such as the department Chair, Undergraduate Chair, Director or Principal, or their designate, attends to speak to any submissions that have been made.
