Trevor Teitel.Trevor Teitel is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Philosophy.

His main research interests are in metaphysics, the philosophy of physics and the philosophy of science. Much of his research focuses on questions about the metaphysics of space and time, and how these questions should be informed by the best theories of space and time from contemporary mathematical physics.

He also works on various other topics in general metaphysics including modality, essence, laws of nature, counterfactuals and physical quantities.

Teitel completed his graduate work in the philosophy departments at New York University and Oxford University.
