U of T offers a dynamic campus community with a wide variety of housing options.  Our students hail from across Canada and all four corners of the globe.  An on-campus housing experience will enrich your overall experience as an Arts and Science student.

U of T guarantees a housing placement to all new full-time, first-year students admitted by May 31 who indicate on their university application that they want housing.  If you applied for university housing on the OUAC application you will receive notice from your college residence office shortly after receiving an offer of admission.

If you did not indicate on your OUAC Application that you want residency and have changed your mind, you may be able to reapply for a room. Please contact your college residence office to inquire.

Students not eligible for U of T's First Year Housing Guarantee are encouraged to apply directly to each and every residence that they wish to be considered for.
