April 10, 2012 — Two minutes with Richard Peltier

by Jessica Lewis — Tuesday, Apr 10, 2012

The Natural Science and Engineering Research Council (NSERC) sat down with physicist Richard Peltier to produce this "2 Minutes with..." video in honour of him winning the Herzberg Gold Medal. He discussed his work on climate science.

"I work in the area of planetary physics, which is to say I'm interested both in the interiors of planets, the interior structure of planets, as well as what goes on on the surface — in the atmosphere, in the oceans. In particular I'm very interested and have been for the last decade or more, in the problem of climate change," he said.
