Getting Involved

Join Something

The Office of Student Life offers a full range of services, support and counselling in the areas of career development, housing, learning skills, health, personal and emotional development, family concerns and support for Aboriginal and international students.

Student Life surveys reveal that the happiest, most successful U of T students are those who participate in much more than U of T's academic life. They are applying theories to real world settings by participating in a campus or community organization. And most of these students made those commitments within their first couple of months at U of T.  Keeping a busy, though manageable, schedule, carving out time for study, work, your group activities and a social life, helps you stay balanced and focused.

By joining something, you'll make friends, develop a campus network, get support, learn new skills, and discover more about U of T.   Visit the ULife website for all of the student clubs, organizations and activities available at the University of Toronto.

Co-curricular Record

The Co-Curricular Record will allow you to document your involvement outside of the classroom at U of T. It also acts as a searchable directory to list all of the opportunities available at the University.
