Equity Resources

Through our equity programs, services and offices, the University of Toronto is working to remove barriers to employment for people who are usually underrepresented in Canada’s workforce – Aboriginal people, people with disabilities, visible minorities, sexual minorities and women. Our programs also ensure that employees at the University are treated with justice and fairness.
