The Administrative Human Resources group is responsible for providing a full range of human resource services to Faculty of Arts and Science academic administrators, managers, faculty and staff. We provide information for non-unionized staff employees regarding employment policies and practices, compensation and benefits information for Confidential and Professional/Managerial staff, including advancement professionals. We provide information for unionized staff employees regarding employment policies and practices, compensation and benefit information for administrative, technical and skilled trades employees, including CUPE 3261 Full-Time, CUPE 3261 Part-Time, United Steelworkers-Staff Appointed (USW) and United Steelworkers-Casual (USW).
