The primary purpose of the HR office is to support the academic mission and priorities of the Faculty of Arts and Science through the full-range of academic and administrative human resources services we provide. To this end, we endeavour to:

• facilitate the recruitment, retention and professional development of employees who will make a significant contribution to the academic mission of the Faculty of Arts and Science;
• provide expertise, advice and leadership within the Faculty on a variety of academic and administrative human resources related issues and initiatives;
