Manual Materials Handling (MMH)

Manual material handling (MMH) is the most common cause of occupational fatigue and low back pain.

MMH involves lifting, lowering, carrying, pushing, pulling or holding, and is the most common cause of occupational fatigue and low back pain.

Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) are painful disorders of muscles, tendons, and nerves that develop over time from tasks that repeatedly cause stress and injury to tissues.
