Curriculum Renewal: Moving Forward
On 3 October 2007, Faculty Council accepted in principle the recommendations of the Curriculum Review and Renewal Committee's Final Report. The Faculty is moving forward on a number of initiatives regarding the recommendations in the ongoing Curriculum Renewal effort, and will use this site to communicate relevant information.
On 27 November 2007, the Faculty invited proposals for the 2008/2009 Curriculum Renewal Initiatives Fund (CRIF), which will be funded from a $1,000,000 allocation of the Faculty’s remaining Student Experience Fund. This competition is a splendid opportunity for academic units to pilot, begin, or improve and solidify curricular innovations aligned with the goals of Curriculum Renewal in order to enhance the learning experience of our undergraduate students. Please see the CPAD memo for further information on how to prepare and submit a CRIF proposal.
