Consolidated Transcript Process

University of Toronto consolidated transcripts are produced by the University of Toronto Transcript Centre (UTTC) at 100 St. George Street, Rm. 1006, Toronto, Ontario M5S 3G3. These transcripts contain a summary of all academic activities undertaken by a student in any faculty (see below for exceptions) of the University since September 1978. The cost of each copy of a transcript is $10.00, tax included. If your student account balance is greater than $0.00, the fee will be automatically charged to your student account. Unpaid transcript requests will NOT be processed until payment has been made online (if request has been submitted online), in person at UTTC, or by faxing your credit card information along with your full name and student ID number to 416-978-2487.

Requests made online between the hours of 8:00am – 2:45pm are printed hourly and are processed the same day. However, in case of unforeseen problems, requests may take longer to process. Also, if your record is not fully automated, i.e you have registrations prior to September 1998, you must allow at least 3-5 business days for processing. Please call 416-978-3384 if you have any questions.

Graduate Students Only

Graduate students with both an undergraduate and graduate University of Toronto academic record may now request that the UTTC send only their graduate academic record. If this option is requested on the transcript request form, only the courses and grades taken as a University of Toronto graduate student will appear on the transcript that is sent. However, the Registration History and Graduation Summary (found at the top of the transcript) will continue to show all of your University of Toronto registration history and degrees.

Exceptions:

If your registrations were prior to September 1978, you will not be able to submit your order through this service. Please submit your request directly to the UTTC on a transcript request form. This form is available here.
