2012 Winter Lobby Bookings

Booking the Lobby: January 9 - April 5, 2012

The lobby can only be booked by U of T offices and recognized campus groups.

Please read the Policy on the Use of Main Public Spaces in Sidney Smith Hall for regulations on the use of space.

Groups may reserve one table (tables measure 60" by 30") and two chairs for events with no sales (fundraisers for campus groups are allowed [bake sales, book sales, etc.]). Commercial activity is not allowed in the lobby.

The maximum number of single table bookings per group per term is five.

Booking of the entire lobby is not allowed.
