Using the Patio: September 6 to 23

The patio can only be used by U of T offices and recognized campus groups.

Space will be available to U of T offices and recognized campus groups only (please note: groups may not sponsor or host outside organizations) on a first-come, first-served basis.

Note that there are improvements (such as new furniture) being added to the Sid Smith patio between September 12 and September 30, so some space may not be available.

• Space will be made available at the Faculty's discretion
• The use of amplification is not permitted
• Furniture from the classrooms may not be used
• Lobby furniture may not be taken outside
• The patio cannot be used for commercial purposes and note that due to food safety concerns, cooking or serving of heated foods is not allowed on the patio.

Note: Campus groups must be registered with the U of T Office of Student Life Programs.

Booking the Patio: September 26 to October 31

The patio can only be booked by U of T offices and recognized campus groups.

Groups may reserve the patio for events with no sales (fundraisers for campus groups are allowed [bake sales, book sales, etc.]. The patio cannot be used for commercial purposes and note that due to food safety concerns, cooking or serving of heated foods is not allowed on the patio.

The maximum number of single bookings per group between April 1 and October 31 is two.
