Transcript request information can be found on the University of Toronto Transcript Centre web site.
Certification of DegreeThe Office of Convocation can provide a Certification of Degree which is a document printed on Office of Convocation letterhead stating your name, degree, and date of graduation. It is then signed and sealed by a University official. For details, please visit the Office of Convocation website.
