• It is awarded to a graduate student in the Department of Political Science. Recipient must be a Canadian citizen who holds a degree of bachelor's degree from any Canadian university, and who completed at least two courses in Geography, Political Science, Economics and/or History in their undergraduate program. Consideration will be given to proficiency in a second language. The award will go to a person who is well rounded, both in academics and in other aspects of life such as employment or student leadership.
