- Established by the Associates of the University of Toronto
- It is awarded to an OGS recipient in the Department of History or Political Science. The award will alternate between the two departments on an annual basis.
Alexander Brady MacGregor Dawson Scholarship
- Established through the generous donation of an Anonymous Donor in honour of Alexander Brady and MacGregor Dawason, two early and distinguished scholars in Canadian Political Science
- It is awarded to a full-time graduate student pursuing a graduate program or research degree in Political Science. The award is made on the basis of academic standing and an assessment of the student's promise and potential for graduate work.

- It is awarded to students entering graduate studies in Canadian government and politics in the Department of Political Science, on the basis of academic merit. Financial need may also be considered.

W. L. Mackenzie King Fellowship in International Relations
- Established through the generous donations by a group of friends of the Right Honourable William Lyon Mackenzie King, former Prime Minister and Secretary of State for External Affairs of Canada
- It is awarded to a graduate student in the Department of Political Science. Recipient must be a Canadian citizen who holds a degree of bachelor's degree from any Canadian university, and who completed at least two courses in Geography, Political Science, Economics and/or History in their undergraduate program. Consideration will be given to proficiency in a second language. The award will go to a person who is well rounded, both in academics and in other aspects of life such as employment or student leadership.
