What’s Coming Up?

As we head into the home stretch of winter semester, here are a few deadlines to keep in mind: 

  • Ongoing: If you plan on taking courses over the summer, summer course enrolment began on March 1st.
  • Ongoing: The first request period, for enrolling in Programs, runs through to May 15th.
  • March 14: Deadline to make credit/no credit decisions, or cancel, an S section course without academic penalty.
  • March 22: If you're graduating in June and want to make a change to the name that appears on your diploma, this is the deadline to do so.
  • March 30: The University is closed on Good Friday and reopens on April 2nd.
  • April 4: If you've fallen behind in a course and don't think you can catch up, speak to your college registrar about Late Withdrawal before the April 4th deadline.
  • April 9-30: Exam period is approaching and the exam schedule has been released. Don't forget to let us know if you have any conflicts before the March 26 deadline!

March 9: Last day to submit nominations for 2018-19 undergraduate student and graduate student council positions. Elections will be held March 28-29.

March 9: Last chance to register to participate in the U of T Financial Data Case Competition. Teams of students solve a case about Credit Card Default Payments Analysis and Prediction.

March 11: Are you a second year student interested in working on a prof’s research project for a 299Y credit? This is the final deadline to apply for the Research Opportunity Program.

March 15: Last day for submissions to the Dr. David Chu Program in Asia-Pacific Studies’ Reimagining the Asia-Pacific Photo Contest.

March 26: Repaying your OSAP loans information sessions will be held on March 26 from 11:30 – 12:30pm and 1:00 – 2:00pm in the Galbraith Building, Room 244.

March: Don’t miss the deadline(s) to apply for one of several Faculty of Arts & Science Student Awards/Scholarships.
